Staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Concepcion, Chile...this is our second dinner at Quispe & Nisei. Alvaro was our waiter both nights. Great service and the food is so good. Waiters suggestions were perfect. Pisco Sour was one of if not the best on our business trip to Chile! Highly recommend.

An interesting Peruvian Chinese option in the middle of a Chilean city. Quite recommendable! Service is particularly good.
