El local puede tener un ambiente animado gracias a la participación de algunos clientes, lo que aporta algo de energía al lugar. Sin embargo, la experiencia gastronómica y de servicio fue muy deficiente. La comida dejó mucho que desear: las empanadas estaban en mal estado de sabor y las papas fritas se notaban recalentadas o preparadas con anticipación. Incluso se observaban bandejas con papas en mesas ya desocupadas, lo que genera dudas sobre el manejo y la frescura de los alimentos. El servicio también fue muy lento, con demoras tanto para ser atendidos como para realizar el cobro. En general, fue una experiencia muy negativa. Considero que gran parte del ambiente se sostiene por la iniciativa de los propios asistentes que cantan y animan el lugar; de lo contrario, la propuesta del restaurante, por calidad de comida y atención, pierde gran parte de su atractivo.

La música está tan fuerte que apenas se puede escuchar la conversación en mi mesa. El pisco que pedí y el mojito que pidió mi esposa de mala calidad. Las alitas de pollo que pidieron mis amigos estaban pasadas a aceite. Nos dieron una mesa para 4 personas donde apenas entraban las cosas que pedimos.

Tragos caros y no totalmente ricos, porciones de papas pequeñas, atención muy lenta. Pedi ketchup y lo llevaron ya pasado 20 minutos, cuando ya no tenía papas para huntar. Las mesas de 2 personas son diminutas. Si van a un show aunque llegues temprano y hagas fila siempre las mesas de 4 quedarán al fondo en el peor lugar. Los de 2 y de 5 quedan Adelante en primera fila.
