Absolutely delicious! The service was great and the food was amazing. Both my husband and I devoured our food and the dessert and dont forget about the Pisco Sours. Other reviewers are not mistaken, they were the best we had during our trip to Chile.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was packed, but my party of three only had to wait about 5 minutes for a table (reservations were being taken for arrivals up to 1:30pm). Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes. My pisco sour was delicious and although I ordered Chaufa de Pollo (which was equally enjoyable), I'm sure their core Peruvian offerings are prepared with the same attention to detail. The value is the best of all Peruvian places I've been to in Chillán. Definitely returning in the future!

The first time i went to this little restaurant i had the Surf and Turf (Mar y Tierra). It was phenomenal. A super tender filet mignon covered with a few shrimps and drenched in a yellow colored mustard sauce. Despite the mustard, the sauce was reasonably subtle and did not overshadow the delicious flavor of the meat. The steak was cooked Medium by default; the waiter did not ask how I wanted it cooked and i did not specify. I also tasted my guests dishes and they were also exceptional. I wanted to try the restaurant again before writing a review to make sure it wasn't just one lucky night. After the second attempt at the Surf and Turf I have to say it was marvelous once again. My girlfriend's Filet Mignon Cordon Bleu was also wonderful. This is definitely my favorite restaurant in Chillan. The prices for these works of carne art are also very very reasonable...8,000 pesos for the filet plate with rice or fries. Simply wonderful!
