Good food, but I found it expensive

I don't know where to start... PiscoSour tastes like prepared last week or buyed in Jumbo. The meat I asked to be "well done" was half blood and I need to ask to made it again. The pure con ají was not spicy a bit. The pure rustic tasted like a puke. That thing happends in a cheap restaurant but here is a shame :( Short to say: Not recommended!
