Unfortunately, our experience here was disappointing despite the restaurant’s reputation. * We waited about 50 minutes for our order. * The service was unfriendly and felt rushed throughout the meal. * We ordered fish, but it came without any side dish included. * The side dishes were surprisingly expensive: fries (€5), a small side salad (€5), and vegetables (€6). * The staff repeatedly interrupted us while we were eating and did not give us a chance to enjoy the meal. * The vegetables were extremely oily. * Before we had even finished, our plates were taken away while there was still food on them. * The fish itself was good, but nothing exceptional and certainly not worth the overall experience. Overall, the food was okay, but the poor service, long wait time, and overpriced side dishes made this a disappointing visit.

Saw photos of the Tomahawk Ribeye from this restaurant and decided to enjoy. Everything was better than expectations. Service, atmosphere, and food were all great. Recommend eating here as soon as you can.

I was at this restaurant tonight and was wonderfully surprised at how great the food, service, and price was. 1. Alex, my waiter, was fluent in English. Not only did he provide me with great service but I could also see he was genuinely interested in getting to know the other customers as well. He looks like a person that enjoys what he does. 2. Food was great! Rice was some of the best rice I had. The scallops were excellent and the pil pil sauce did not overpower the natural flavours of the scallops. The breaded chicken was excellent and crispy. 3. Price was very good. The portions of the food were much larger than I expected. I have been to a few restaurants in the area in the past few days and I would say this one has the best price out of them for a high end restaurant. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in Puntas Arenas. Bonus points if you get Alex, he will treat you like a friend whether you speak English or Spanish. Muchas Gracias Alex!

The tomahawk steak immediately caught our eye, especially after reading several reviews mentioning that people were easily splitting it between two. We went for the larger option and added a side of grilled vegetables. The food was genuinely delicious, the steak was flavorful and well-prepared, and the vegetables were perfectly grilled. That said, the portion was a bit smaller than we expected based on what we had read, so keep that in mind if you’re arriving very hungry. Service was very good, attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our visit. Overall, a great dining experience with high-quality food and excellent hospitality.

The food was good! They were out of giant sirloin so I ordered two. One had texture that I did not like, the second was perfect. Very good mashed potatoes and they had avocado. A big pot of tea and I enjoyed the dinner. Popular restaurant and there were people coming all the time. I was back a second time before leaving Punta Arenas, this time I had the filet. Very good!
