Shops in Chile open roughly from 10:00 to 20:00, and in smaller towns many close for a while at lunchtime; malls and supermarkets open every day, Sundays included. On 1 January, 1 May, 18 and 19 September and 25 December, the mandatory retail holidays (feriados irrenunciables), malls and almost all shops close. Always ask for your receipt (boleta), and check exchange and return terms before paying. Specialty stores often have limited stock and order items in on request; check by WhatsApp or social media before going so the trip is not wasted.

The business lists hours for all seven days of the week. On most of those days it is open 10:00–20:00. Also bear in mind that 1 January, 1 May, 18 and 19 September and 25 December are mandatory retail holidays, when most shops close. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file. More information is available on its website, simple.ripley.cl.

Its Google rating is 4.0 out of 5 from 7,368 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect before you commit to a visit.
