Chilean-style sushi uses plenty of cream cheese and avocado (palta), and fried or tempura rolls are among the favourites; almost every place delivers and offers sharing platters, and if you prefer no raw fish, ask about cooked or vegetarian options.

The business lists hours for six days of the week. The most common schedule is 13:00–21:30. It is closed on Sundays. Also bear in mind that 1 January, 1 May, 18 and 19 September and 25 December are mandatory retail holidays, when most shops close.
