Desde la comuna de La Unión. Mi reclamo es sobre la responsabilidad que le cabe a Saesa sobre los "medidores inteligentes" y el proceder de la empresa frente a la falla de éstos. Si dejan de funcionar como normalmente ocurre, Saesa tiene una brigada que puede tardar muchas horas o días en acudir a solucionar el problema, en tanto el consumidor debe soportar todos los inconvenientes, incluyendo pérdidas en recursos económicos, como es el caso. Tienen un teléfono falso en pagina Web, que no existe (Al menos eso te dice cuando llamas) y nadie se hace cargo de nada. Cuál es el organismo encargado de supervisar a las empresas que entregan un servicio como éste, que además es bastante caro? Quién responde por las pérdidas económicas cuando afecta a una empresa? Saesa, de alguna manera, se hace cargo de las pérdidas?

Me parece inoperante que cobren dos boletas juntas, y a la casa solo llegue una. Entonces si o si hacen pagar boleta anterior subiendo considerablemente el costo y no entreguen soluciones, cuando no es mi problema que no envíen las boletas mes a mes

Buenas tardes...la verdad que ha sido una experiencia muy agradable en cuanto a la gentileza del personal...la gestión a mi requerimiento y la posible solución al mismo,sólo esperar que salga todo bién y pueda volver mi querido televisor funcionando como era antes del corte de suministro sabiendo mi sra.y yo que es la verdad absoluta....gracias de antemano a saesa y su personal.
