A classical tea and coffee shop for the lunch and afternoon tea/dinner. Although there is an attractive selection of sandwiches and pizzas, the star of the site are the local cakes that are made in the site..... Using either the national style of biscuit for sweet bakery known as "Hoja", a bit hard compared to traditional sponge cake, but a lot more firm and stable. Combine this cake layer with successive layers of whipped cream, milk sweet slightly lightened, and either strawberry, mixed berries, or tropical Mango or Maracuya cream/fruit paste mix, and artful decoration, and the resulting cake is an utter delight to the palate, perfect to compliment a coffee or tea, or a chocolate drink to contrast the tastes.
