Went here on my holiday in Santiago. Lovely place with friendly staff who speak both Spanish & some who speak English. Had a massage here, the masseuse followed what I asked as I had specific areas that needed doing & changes pressure when I requested to ( & kept at the new pressure). I also had an brilliant manicure & pedicure. The therapist was extremely friendly & as I hadn't had either for a while there was lots to do! She did a great job! I would definatly go back!
