Buen restaurante a bajado su nivel con respeto a sus inicios, soy cliente habitual pero me llama la atención la actitud de una Garzóna la cual siempre atiende de la misma manera, mala actitud y como con molestia hacia él comensal es una de las más antigua ya que frecuentuo bastante pero siempre de mala suerte me atiende; lo demás recomendado ✅; en particular si empanada mechada queso. Pd; que vuelvan los patos 🦆 a la mesa.

Hoy viernes 26 de junio a las 9:30 AM fuimos a tomar desayuno con mi esposo. Al hacer el pedido, él solicitó un churrasco palta. La mesera dijo “Churrasco especial”, a lo que mi esposo respondió claramente: “Solo palta y carne SIN MAYO”. Sin embargo, cuando llegó el sándwich venía con mayonesa. Al comentarle a la mesera, en lugar de ofrecer una solución o disculparse, comenzó a discutir con nosotros, insistiendo en que “jamás dijimos sin mayo” y que “todos los sándwiches vienen con mayo”, como si nosotros debiéramos saberlo. Nunca nos informaron que el sándwich incluía ese ingrediente y, al haber pedido expresamente solo palta y carne, era lógico esperar que viniera únicamente con esos ingredientes. Mi esposo es intolerante a los aderezos, por lo que no era una simple preferencia. Aun así, la atención fue muy prepotente y de mala gana, haciéndonos sentir culpables por un error que perfectamente pudo resolverse con amabilidad. Finalmente retiró el sándwich de muy mala forma para cambiarlo. Además, los desayunos demoraron muchísimo en llegar. We got up stupidly early in Santiago and just needed a place for breakfast/brunch when we got up Antofagasta. This place is lovely. I have a bunch of food sensitivities and we managed to communicate even with our very poor Spanish. Waitress was super helpful. We had a shared “tabla” plate and it was really tasty (and huge)
