Pedí tres shawarma por pedidos ya me tramitaron dos horas y marcaron el pedido como entregado, por suerte la app se hace responsable, mal servicio.

Me salió un objeto extraño en la comida, me comuniqué con el local y me dijeron que no saben de dónde salió ya que ellos ocupan verduras "frescas y sueltas", dudaron de mi palabra y solo ofrecían devolver la plata por 1 de los 2 shawarmas grandes que compramos, siendo que fueron preparados con los mismos ingredientes en un mismo pedido. Totalmente asqueados, insistimos en llegar al fondo del problema, que se hicieran interrogaciones en cocina ya que el objeto llegó a mi boca, cosa que se negaron a hacer y se ofendieron. Denunciados a Sernac ya que dejaron de responder por whatsapp y tampoco contestaron llamadas. Asqueroso y ladrones.

Pedí una hamburguesa porki, me sirvieron la carne cruda, ni siquiera estaba jugosa para decir que algo de cocción tenia, si hubiese querido la carne cruda habría pedido un tártaro, malísima. Pongo mi queja aquí por no tengo tiempo de andar dando vueltas en la calle, tengo claro que esta es mi primera y última vez, ojalá no tenga parásitos.

Mucha demora en el pedido, dijeron 30 min. Y ya pasaron 40 min y nada...Luego de probar la carne no tenía sabor y la cebolla era demasiado fuerte y su tamaño desproporcionado (ver imagen). Para que decir de la atención.
