Necesario partir diciendo que por lejos ha sido el completo vegano más sabroso que he probado en mi vida. Probé el de relleno de seitán (Delicioso creo que se llamaba) y estaba demasiado bien hecho, su sabor se asimilaba mucho al de una mechada (se notaba que el seitán se coció en un caldo muy similar al que se genera con la mechada). El pan era de papa era exquisito, muy blandito y esponjoso, dvv muy muy bueno. Finalmente, la salsa de aceituna estaba buenísima, le daba un toque único. Por otra parte, la fajita es buenísima, muy contundente para su precio y la soya está demasiado bien preparada. Es notorio la maestría del local pa cocinar las carnes vegetales. En cuanto a las infusiones, son muy refrescantes, con el dulzor y sabor perfecto de la hierba. Día a día tienen ofrecen distintas. La dueña junto a los chicos que atienden son muy buena onda y además tienen a un JC Bodoque, lo entendieron todo. Recomendadisimo lugar seas vegano o no (no soy vegano).

Muy rica la comida. No soy vegano, pero el tofupleto estaba realmente sabroso y lleno de sabor. Se demoraron un poco en traer la comida, aunque se nota que preparan todo al momento, lo cual se agradece porque la frescura y calidad de los ingredientes marcan la diferencia

La mejor experiencia que he tenido en Comida Vegana en la Ciudad de Curicó. Un ambiente acogedor, atendido por sus dueñas y un sazón de infarto en sus preparaciones. Lo Recomiendo sin dudarlo.
