I found Septima in Valparaíso and I’m so glad I did because wow… these macarons are next level. First of all, they look so pretty 😄 and they were SO good. The texture was perfect, slightly crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. I tried a few different flavors, some classic, some a little more unique, and every single one was delicious. You can tell they use really good ingredients because everything tasted super fresh and balanced. The whole place has a really cute, chill vibe too. It’s one of those spots you stumble into and end up loving. If you’re in Valparaíso, definitely stop by Septima!

Delightful Rambling and exploring the charming neighborhood along Hector Calvo, we passed an unsuspecting opening and saw a display case with a colorful assortment of macarons like jewels in a glass box and couldn’t resist entering. What a fun surprise - like the macarons themselves, this outpost pâtisserie of Séptima is cute, little, fresh, and delightful. The palmiers are also wonderful with their delicate and sweet flakiness.

Great little desert shop in historic Valparaíso. The macaroons were great — we tried both the lavender and lemon. Both were good but we preferred lemon overall. Prices were fair. Definitely recommend stopping by to satisfy your sweet tooth!
