Cancele una cuenta y me descontaron el dinero del banco y la cuenta todavía está en el sistema como no pagada llamo al call Center para ver cuál es el problema la tipa super antipática mala atención pésimo servicio de Servipag desde hoy usaré otro medio de pago como por ejemplo Unired !! Muy mal SERVIPAG..👎🏽👎🏽

Pésima experiencia, no me recibieron el pago del crédito de consumo del banco Internacional, dado que "no les aparecía en sistema", no obstante al intentar pagarlo en la página de Servipag si aparece. La explicación fue que "son sistemas distintos y no necesariamente se pagan las mismas cosas en internet y de panera presencial". Creo que fue más buen por que llegue casi en la hora de cierre. Pésima voluntad y trato ironico y burlón de ambas señoras que atienden las cajas.

Horrible experiencia la funcionaria que me atendió, soberbia, amargada y con mucha falta de educación. No alcance a tomar su nombre. Pero solo habian 2 mujeres, lamentablemente la que me atendió fue la sra que se veía de más avanzada edad. Muy mal encarada. No vuelvo más y no lo recomiendo.
