Muy buena atención, amabilidad, cordialidad, paciencia, simpatía por parte del bombero que me atendió a pesar de que el sistema transbank presentaba problemas estubo tranquilo aunque demoraba entre una y otra carga.

Pésima atención, he ido reiteradas veces a comprar parafina a esta estación y la atención es pésima y que decir de la mala administración, al punto que nunca tienen parafina o nunca saben cuándo va a llegar o la persona que está habilitada para hacer funcionar la máquina no se encuentra presente. No recomiendo ir a esta estación! pésimo...

Pésimo servicio quise cargar con la tarjeta Shell Card y para cargar a la número 6, y el bombero no me quiso ayudar. Me dijo que era autoservicio y se quedó pegado. Fui al cajero tampoco me dieron ninguna solución, me dijo que al final del sistema quedó pegado como que me está despachando combustible, nunca más cargo acá.

Estación Shell ubicada en Colombia 7111, La Florida. Figura como abierta 24 horas, pero en la práctica se encuentra cerrada reiteradamente, con conos que impiden el acceso y sin información visible sobre horarios o motivos de cierre. No es una situación puntual, ocurre frecuentemente, lo que genera pérdida de tiempo y desinformación para los usuarios. Recomiendo no confiar en el horario publicado, ya que no se cumple.
