Pésima experiencia en este ACuenta. Es una verdadera falta de respeto hacia los clientes. Al momento de pagar solo había 3 cajas atendiendo. Hice toda la fila para que, recién cuando me tocó ser atendido, la cajera me informara que esa caja solo aceptaba pagos con tarjeta. Lo peor es que no existía ningún cartel ni aviso que informara esa condición, por lo que hice la fila inútilmente. Luego tuve que cambiarme a otra caja y, cuando ya solo quedaba una persona antes que yo, la cajera decidió arbitrariamente decir que atendería solo hasta esa persona y que todos los que estábamos detrás debíamos cambiarnos nuevamente de fila. Otra vez a empezar de cero. Es inaceptable que un supermercado funcione de esta manera. Falta total de organización, cero respeto por el tiempo de los clientes y una atención que deja mucho que desear. Si no son capaces de informar las condiciones de pago ni de organizar adecuadamente las cajas, terminan haciendo perder tiempo a quienes solo quieren realizar una compra. Muy mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo

Muy mala experiencia en este supermercado. Tienen 8 cajas disponibles, pero solo atienden 2, lo que genera filas enormes y tiempos de espera superiores a 40 minutos. Es una falta de respeto para los clientes, especialmente cuando se ve claramente que existen más cajas que podrían estar funcionando. La atención es lenta y la gestión del personal deja mucho que desear. Espero que mejoren porque actualmente comprar aquí es una pérdida de tiempo.
