Nunca contestan las consultas, parece que el Instagram no lo usan y no tienen wsp de contacto, algún correo o teléfono Creo que debería mejorar eso, se ve buen gimnasio pero se caen en ese punto

⚠️ADVERTENCIA PARA PRINCIPIANTES⚠️ ¿Existe supervisión real por parte de la administración? La experiencia con el instructor de piso, Guillermo, es decepcionante. En lugar de recibir orientación, los principiantes estamos completamente perdidos. Se pasa la mayor parte del tiempo en su oficina y, cuando sale, su atención se centra exclusivamente en coquetear con clientas jóvenes, ignorando al resto de los usuarios. Esto no es solo mala atención, es un riesgo real para la salud. Señoras y otros adultos estamos haciendo los ejercicios con mala técnica porque nadie nos corrige, lo que nos expone a lesiones. La orientación básica es inexistente a menos que pagues un sobreprecio por una rutina "personalizada". No entregan guías ni explican el uso de las máquinas si no lo exiges. Da la clara y preocupante impresión de que este "entrenador" carece de conocimiento técnico real. Parece que improvisa rutinas sacadas de cualquier red social sin el mínimo criterio. Es inaceptable que un instructor actúe de manera tan inescrupulosa, anteponiendo su beneficio económico a los objetivos reales de los clientes y exponiendo nuestra integridad física al riesgo por su absoluta incompetencia y desinteré
