Pésimo, aceptaron un pedido por la app a las 21:30, estuvimos esperando DOS HORAS, para que el local apareciera cerrado. No nos dieron ninguna respuesta ni por whatsapp ni por el teléfono.

Pésimo. No se les ocurra pedir después de las 21:00 hrs porque se demoran más de 2 horas en enviar, cortan el teléfono y no responden WhatsApp, no hay respuesta a nada.

Le doy 2 estrellas porque el primer pedido salió bien, pero el último me hicieron esperar MÁS de 1 hora, cuando la app decía claramente que ya estaba listo. No tuvieron la disculparse por la tardanza o al menos mantenerme informado del proceso, peor aún porque ya estaba pagado, y otros pedidos llegaban a pagar después. Muy mala experiencia, me había gustado el producto pero no vuelvo NUNCA MÁS!.

Pedí por primera vez en este local y lamentablemente la experiencia fue muy mala. Uno de los rolls venía con choclo baby en mal estado, de color oscuro y con sabor pasado. Les envié fotos y un mensaje explicando lo sucedido, pero en vez de ofrecer una solución o una disculpa, solo respondieron que “todos los ingredientes son del día”. Finalmente no pudimos consumir ese roll y tuvimos que botarlo por miedo a enfermarnos. Me parece grave que entreguen comida en mal estado y que además no asuman ninguna responsabilidad frente al reclamo. Uno paga por un producto que no es barato, por lo que lo mínimo es recibir calidad y preocupación por parte del local.

Estaban muy muy ricos . Primera vez que compro en este local pero quiero felicitar su atención, la entrega del delivery la preparación del sushi 💯 de sabor exquisito y todo fresco,muy agradecida sin duda recomendaré el local y volveré a comprar .
