La atención fue muy decepcionante. La mesera se quedó con mi vuelto; me quedé esperando el comprobante y el cambio, pero nunca regresó. Da la impresión de que el establecimiento asume automáticamente que el vuelto corresponde a una propina, lo cual considero una práctica completamente inaceptable. La propina debe ser voluntaria y nunca darse por descontada. Personalmente, sentí esta situación como una apropiación indebida de mi dinero, algo que percibí como muy cercano a un robo. En cuanto a la comida, los sándwiches estaban mal preparados, las papas excesivamente aceitosas y la carne daba la impresión de ser de baja calidad, similar a los churrascos congelados que se venden en supermercados. Considerando la calidad de la atención, la comida, el ambiente y los elevados precios, mi experiencia fue muy negativa. No volvería a este lugar y, en mi opinión, no lo recomendaría.
