Un negocio común, que cuenta con lo básico y puede sacar de apuros. Sin embargo, recomendaría a la persona encargada de la atención que considere realizar algún curso o capacitación en atención al cliente, ya que su trato deja bastante que desear. No sé si su rol en el negocio es voluntario u obligado, pero en cualquier caso, aquí le dejo dos reglas básicas sobre atención al público que podrían serle útiles: 1. Recibir con una buena actitud. 2. Tratar al cliente con amabilidad. Espero que le sirva!

El negocio cumple con lo mínimo: tiene de todo un poco, aunque algunos productos tienen precios inexplicablemente altos considerando que está ubicado dentro del sector urbano. Sin embargo, lo realmente negativo es la atención que ofrece la señora que atiende. Su actitud es constantemente hostil, con evidente falta de paciencia y un trato poco cordial hacia los clientes. En una ocasión, al pedir una bolsa para llevar unos huevos, prácticamente me la lanzó sin decir una palabra, lo que demuestra una total falta de respeto. Podría entender una mala actitud si se tratara de un mal día, pero lamentablemente esta conducta se repite cada vez que he ido. Sería bueno recordar lo que dice Mateo 7:12: "Así que, todas las cosas que queráis que los hombres hagan con vosotros, así también haced vosotros con ellos". Un principio básico de respeto y empatía que, tristemente, no parece practicarse en este local. Recomiendo tomarse 5 o 10 minutos más e ir a los negocios que están más abajo. Puede que no siempre la atención sea perfecta, pero al menos uno se encuentra con personas que tienen algo tan esencial como educación y respeto.

Es un pequeño negocio donde puedes encontrar pan, huevo, palta , agua etc. Tiene como medio de pago red compra. Y abre pasado de las 10 de la mañana.
