El que desee tomar un verdadero café y quiera aprender cómo prepararselo le recomiendo ir a esta tostaduria de café, el local tiene un aroma impresionante y el dueño es muy amable y apasionado para enseñar. Vayan con tiempo, no es un negocio de venta comercial, sino que algo de especialidad a un precio muy asequible versus otras variables.

La experiencia y el café quedó tan es realmente de muy buena calidad y al momento de prepararlo ya sea comprando grano o la molienda tiene sabores y aromas muy característicos. Personalmente soy de Santiago y después que probé su café he decidido pedirle que me envíen cada cierto tiempo para tener en mi alacena. Recomendado

Buen café, curioso lugar. Juan Carlos es el dueño y dependiente de esta pequeña tostaduría artesanal, instalada en un improvisado taller-tienda cuyo espacio a penas da para atender a público, pero que -por lo mismo- lo hace muy auténtico. Esto sumado al interés y conocimiento con el que Juan Carlos te atiende, terminan de dar forma a una experiencia “con notas propias”.
