Tralkan B&B is a perfect example of a 2-star hotel. I reserved it through Delta, and received instruction to contact the property via whatsapp to confirm the reservation. They send you a link to pay for some of the stay up front, and expect to pay the rest in cash (dollars or pesos) when you arrive. I am traveling with skis, and the staff were able to safeguard my bags while I went out for a few hours long before the check-in time of 1pm. I booked a single room with shared bathroom for two nights, and found it to be perfectly adequate. I'm traveling solo and on a budget, so I am not terribly picky. A few things I noticed about room 5 that made me smile: -The lock is fussy. Be sure to pull on the handle and relieve the pressure on the bolt before you try and turn the key. -There's a screw in the middle of the curtain rod which hopelessly snags the curtain as you try to pull it aside <3 -You have to ask for a towel to shower -The shower temperature is inconsistent. When set to medium-hot, It cycles through scalding and barely warm every 25 seconds (I timed it) -It's an old building, so anticipate hearing voices and people scrolling their social media If these sorts of things don't
