Buen lugar para entrenar, todo super limpio, tienes un tutor que te ayuda a conocer las modalidades de entrenamiento y las clases son super buenas si has hecho crosfit antes. Si embargo, si eres principiante considero que es muy poco amigable. Sugiero que puedan tener al menos una o dos clases de fundamentos para que las personas se familiiaricen con los movimientos.

Lejos el box que generó una disciplina y un hábito diario. Felicitaciones por el servicio, la calidad de los coach, los materiales y la infraestructura. Llevo un año yendo y realmente noto resultados ... sinceramente depende de uno!!!
