Recomiendo absolutamente la clínica Universo Dentistas. Yo soy paciente de ellos desde hace cinco años. Me atiendo con la doctora Valentina Fuentes. Es excelente profesional, dedicada al cien por ciento en lo que hace, concentrada al máximo en cada detalle, es amable, cálida, educada, cordial, siempre explica todo el procedimiento antes de empezar, aclara todas las dudas, detalle por detalle. Yo soy una paciente súper sensible de mis encías pero la doctora me baja la ansiedad total, porque es muy serena, suave, y eso me da calma. Además es una genio de dentista. Yo me he realizado muchos procedimientos con ella, tapaduras de muelas, limpieza de caries, destartraje, diseño de sonrisa, todo desde hace años y me hace sentir segura de que todo salga bien en cada procedimiento. Se las recomiendo al cien por ciento

I am visiting from the United States and I temporarily lost my bag with my retainer while traveling in Chile. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they were so helpful and scheduled me for an appointment as fast as possible and said they would work with the lab to make the retainer before I left. So kind and responsive!

Had my 6 months of teeth cleaning with Paula. She has done a very good job. Gentle and careful because I have receding gum. The staff are polite and friendly. They even have a free massage chair while waiting. Great service. I'm a tourist and this is good for people who are visiting Santiago and need teeth cleaning. Thank you!
