El día 10 de diciembre del presente año necesitaba atención dental de urgencia, no conocía a ningún dentista ni consulta en la comuna de Valparaíso por lo que a pesar del dolor intenso que sentía y la necesidad de ser atendida, tenía mucho miedo de llegar a algún lugar incorrecto donde no fuera bien atendida (por experiencias pasadas). Buscando en internet me encontré con la consulta de la dentista Verónica y otras más, llamé a todas y en esta en particular, me sentí bien atendida desde el primer llamado, con una buena recepción e incluso respondieron a consultas sobre mi malestar dental de manera muy amable. Una vez que me decidí y opté por la Dra. Verónica, debo admitir que me encuentro muy agradecida y muy tranquila de no haberme equivocado. Su atención desde el primer momento fue muy respetuosa, cálida y empática, lo cual para mí es y fue muy importante. Le mencioné que tenía miedo y ella en todo momento me explicó lo que hacía y estaba atenta de si sentía algún malestar durante el proceso de intervención… a la fecha decidí realizar mi tratamiento dental con ella, por la confianza que me transmitió y por haber tenido un respeto y cuidado especial en un momento que te deja tan v

Me atendí hace un año acá, un fin de semana de urgencia, tenía una muela infectada el cual necesitaba endodoncia, llamé y me atendió un hombre que dijo ser el hermano de la doctora, que ella no estaba disponible pero él sí, por urgencia fui y fue lo peor. Me hizo doler muchísimo con la anestesia y el tratamiento, encima me limó el diente sin mi consentimiento con la excusa de que estaba hinchado y era necesario porque después no quedaba bien la endodoncia (me lo dijo después de hacerlo). Cosa que no me pudo hacer porque estaba muy inflamado el área. Obviamente la endodocia me la hice en otro centro.

As I hardly speak any Spanish, Verónica González looked after me. Not only are both doctors very friendly and nice, but they were also immediately willing to help me spontaneously without an appointment. Verónica González had to an root canal treatment on me and managed to do the entire treatment in 3 days so that I could stick to my travel plans. In addition to this organisational flexibility, she also speaks excellent English and conveys a feeling of security and confidence. I felt that I was in good hands at all times during the treatment, she explained every step to me and kept checking her work with the help of a mobile X-ray camera. Her aim is to do a perfect job and she was definitely able to fulfil this. I hardly felt any pain and felt safe and well treated! She also took the trouble to write me an extra invoice for my insurance and send me the X-ray images so that I was reimbursed without any problems. I am as a foreigner who is visiting this city. And there are so many dentists on google map. But none are available over the Saturday and Sunday. Monday morning, found one place says 9am open But that was no the case ... after few people’s advice finally got a hold of Dr. González After treatment I am back to happy traveler mode. Dr. González is kind, and throughly explain the diagnosis, recommendations, and quickly treatment is performed. He is kind, confident, and the fee was affordable. Highly recommend to anyone but especially to the travelers
