Fui en la mañana por una consulta y la secretaria de partida ni se inmutó porque saqué un número, luego de un rato me acerqué no me dijo ni buenos días y me contestó muy mal, me di media vuelta y me fui, creo que para atender pacientes debería haber personal empático ya que va gente enferma y se paga por el servicio, era para escribirle en el libro de reclamos, no iré nunca más ya que por suerte hay muchos más centros médicos y con mejor atención.

Citado a las 15:15...llego una hora antes( con todo lo que eso significa) Y salen con que no tienen internet¡! Espero la hora asignada y nada de nada. Como no van a tener un sistema de respaldo manual para una consulta¡!! Se les cae internet y muere todo todo. Gente con exámenes en mano,nada. No se puede pagar nada tampoco. Como no van a poder atender casos sencillos de resolver? Ni una urgencia para resolver

Mala atención en Urocentro. Se demoraron más e 1 hora en atenderme y masima El médico se molestó sin motivo, me trató de manera inapropiada, me revisó de forma superficial y apresurada, y luego anuló mi hora sin razón válida. Además, no me entregó la receta que ya había elaborado. Fue una pérdida de tiempo y una muy mala experiencia. No recomiendo este lugar ubicado en el segundo piso departamento azul cerca de la parroquia de viña
