Buena atención y no tuve que esperar mucho para que me atendieran

La atencion de la Dra Maria Pocutivo no es puntual,mi hijo desregulado esperando y se le hizo mencion sin embargo nos dejó esperando la atencion, pesima la atencion de este centro,atrasos,mala gestion y poca empatia con las personas con neurodiversidad. Lllevamos media hora esperando, si fuera el atraso de uno, no la atienden.mal servicio,poca empatia y eso que es un centro de salud!

13 minutos esperando atención de cajas siendo que la caja 1 se encontraba sólo conversando amenamente al parecer con una compañera (Lore). La cajera se dió cuenta que ya habían personas esperando y su colega de la caja 2 era la única que atendía. Esto ocurrió el 5/02/2026 desde las 08:00 a 08:13 hrs.

Centro médico con variadas especialidades y buenos especialistas, pero la atención es muy lenta. La caja demora mucho y en los exámenes hay retraso de hasta una hora. Además ahora implementaron la política de cerrar los servicios higiénicos con llave y el usuario debe acercarse a servicio al cliente a solicitar dicha llave para hacer uso de los baños.

El centro médico es de fácil acceso, ya que caminas unos minutos desde estación de Metro Universidad de Chile. El lugar está limpio, ordenado y con buena señalética. El baño de mujeres cuenta con jabón, papel higiénico y toalla de papel. Hay variedad de especialidades médicas y laboratorio para exámenes. Cuenta con tótem para pago, sin tener que esperar que te atiendan en la caja.
