Es la primera vez que hago pilates, y la experiencia ha sido bastante buena, la profe es simpatica y te guia de acuerdo a lo que uno pueda hacer. Definitivamente lo recomiendo para todas las personas y de todas las edades

Cada clase es un aprendizaje, ya llevo unos meses y es increíble ver el progreso, el tener conciencia del power house no solo en la clase si no para el día día me ha ayudado mucho, con mejor postura y control 🧡 además que la calidad de profesores con 100000/10 profesionales con mirada clínica que corrigen cada ejercicio, eso me da aún más confianza en que estoy en las mejores manos.
