Currently best business hotel in Cencepcion. Great restaurant. Right next to the mall. Easy access from main roads.

Dropped the service evaluation since my last trip here. The staff on the lobby seem lost. A big group arrived a few seconds before us and both people at the lobby were helping the entire group and the other guests waiting to checkin/out had to wait. We actually waited 26 minutes in line just to check in, and the host checked in someone that arrived later than us, even though there was a line, And to make it worst, the hotel RAN OUT OF ROOM KEYS. So now, o open my room door, I have to install an app I never heard of before and hope my phone won't die on me before I get back to the room. Also, I cannot even leave my phone charging while I go to the restaurant to eat, because that would lock me out of the room. And finally to add insult to injury, my coworker that checked in 3 minutes after me got a key. So the staff that was behind the counter was lying when he said there were no more keys. Customer experience at the lobby.... terrible 0/10. Customer experience at the restaurant ... very good. 9/10. Not a full score because in a couple of time all staff member of the restaurant was missing and took some time to return. It was not a problem though. Rooms are good and clean. Relia

Ines, Camilla, Ruth were the so welcoming and hospitable. Not to mention the place was amazing but the three of them were especially nice and provided great information about the hotel and area. Camilla makes the best Mojito I have had ever. Love IT. I had to make an edit to include Mike the Garçon I had my last night here. He made an amazing suggestion for a local wine and everyone has been so friendly here.

This hotel cancelled our reservation because our flight was delayed and landed after midnight!! We got there and they immediately treated us like horribly because of our nationalities. The staff is rude and inconsiderate and will lie to your face. Even though they had two other no shows that night they refused to help us in any way and kicked us out onto the street like dogs. A message to all my fellow travelers: DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER STAYING HERE!
