Historical coffee place in the center of Santiago, we had one expresso and a cortado! Service was quick and professional, the prices quite affordable. It opened in 1947.

Very interesting coffee experience. After paying at the till, we got a ticket and asked a lady in the bar to get the coffee for us. Ladies are dressed to impress, which seems to work like a magnet for local gents. I had an expresso which was actually really good (made from ground coffee instead of capsules). Also appreciated the soda before the coffee. Toilet is for men (urinaries) but my partner could use the ladies toilet too. I heard a lot of this particular Chilean type of coffees and honestly don't think you'll regret as a tourist to come and see by yourself !

Just went there…. Because it was something different of Santiago!!! The servers were well dressed and the place was clean. You drink standing no place to sit.

I did not know it was a cafe place “for men to look at servers” I went in with a gay friend for a cafe con leche and we were the only ones’ in there…I though cafe con piernas were all dark, windows blocked this does not look like one - no wonder the lady serving us looked at me strange. Nonetheless it was a great cafecito and served with a cochufli

Their Tea Latte is good, price is 1300. After you placed order and get ticket from ticket booth, waitress will give you a cup of bubble water first. Good experience, worth a try of their coffee, tea
