On my arrival, the whole area experienced bad weather for days. Much rain lead to flooding, power outages. The hotel had no Internet, no hot water, restaurants closed. But I still give them a 5 Star. The views of the ocean was amazing.

If i could give this place a .5 I would. The only thing they have going is the staff at front desk and view from penthouse. The rest is trash.. food was garbage didn't eat it gave to my guide dog. My wife ordered lasagna and I ordered pizza both came up ice cold. Asked them to remake they took down put in microwave and it came back worst than it was before. Then the shower had no hot water tried to go to spa. Only to find birds yes birds in the jaccuzi and pool. To say this place is underwhelming is an understatement clearly has potential to be a 5 star place but the management and compliance here is horrid. That's why the reviews keep getting worse. Replace all management if you dont want this place to shut down... at this rate in 2-3 years this place won't exist. Shameful to waste such blessings AND THE BREAKFAST IS HORRIBLE BASICALLY ALL COLD GAS STATION FOOD. LIKE HOW HARD IS IT TO HAVE OJ? IN WHAT WORLD???

its Too EXPENSIVE! you have to pay an enourmous amount of money to get in....to spend your money and play. You have to scan your ID like its the airport. the slot machines are ok...but its Smoky...(smokers!). No complimentary drinks, machines out of service. The roulette tables were fun...not too expensive, like 1 dollar chips. overall = nice to look at casino, not worth the money spent. Las Vegas is the real deal.

The room was extremely unclean. Floor carpet was full of black stains. Furniture was dirty and I had to clean all surfaces before putting my stuff on it. There was some hairs on the floor and in the shower. The window from balcony could not close properly so I had all noise and wind from the sea front. Overall, I was disgusted with the room condition. It could be a nice holiday hotel if you don't mind about cleanliness, but for 200$ a night that I paid (february 23rd 2025) I would never recommend this hotel unless someone wants to be in first line of beach and have a Casino. Otherwise, there is no apparent reason to go there. Staff was nice.

Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the view from our room was beautiful. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. There was a pool party on Saturday so we couldn't use the pool at all that day. The jacuzzi was not hot and they told me it was because of the party. The club across the street played music on Friday and Saturday till 2am making it very hard to sleep. We left at 6am on the day we checked out to do a tour so we asked the front desk to keep our luggage. We had it on 2 luggage carts with all of our valuables including laptops and passports. We asked them if they would secure them and they said yes, but the luggage carts were still in the lobby when we came back 10 hours later.
