Les comparto mi experiencia con el doctor melendez otorrinolaringologo de primera todo bonito atendía bien ya cuando no pudo sacar más dinero no quiso llenar niun documento de mi reembolsos perdí no más y más encima dice este es el último papel que lleno nada más si uno le está pagando no es gratis 😡

Mis experiencias con los médicos han sido muy buenas, muy atentos y preocupados, pero las secretarias son otra historia. Por teléfono nunca atienden y son sumamente antipaticas para entregar algun tipo de información y de forma presencial pareciera que todo lo hacen de mala gana, solo hay una secretaria que trabaja en el segundo piso que me ha atendido con amabilidad, el resto deja muchísimo que desear
