En si la atención es buena , pero hay un problema q cada vez q uno solicita una hora por teléfono, no contestan , se supone q ese el medio para poder obtener una hora con los especialistas , eso debería ser solucionado para los pacientes.

Buena experiencia, la secretaria contesto la llamada y agendó la hora en el día. El broncopulmonar que me atendió muy profesional, certero en el diagnóstico y tratamiento. Y lo que más me gusto es que fue muy puntual. Lo recomiendo.

Pésimo, uno llama y llama y llama, te derivan a otro número, 25 minutos de espera para que te contesten y cortan! Todos los días lo mismo, uno no está buscando un favor, si uno insiste es porque realmente necesita atención médica de especialidad

Pésima atención de parte del doctor Polanco. Una persona no apta para esa profesión. Un hombre falta de respeto, ofensivo y burlesco. No debería ejercer. Fue muy violenta su atención hacia mi madre, la cual sufre de depresión, salió de ahí con una crisis horrible. Por favor jamás se atiendan con esta persona. Hice mi reclamo correspondiente en seremi de salud. Y los que hayan sufrido está vulneración les recomiendo hacer lo mismo.
