lentisima la atencion; tenia hora a las 3.30 para un examen, llegue 15min antes; llevo mas de una hora esperando por la atencion, aunque venga derivada del sistema publico considero que es un abuso +1hr de espera; pesimo todo, ademas salen a llamarte y muchas veces no se escucha.

Pésima atención y cero empatía más de dos horas me tuvieron esperando por mamografia por convenio con hora agendada previamente y más encima con el cesfam lo que debería ser para tener mayor capacidades y nunca llamaron recién a las 10 iban atendiendo a los de las 8am y para remate al reclamar te gritan y hablan más duro…cero respeto a los usuarios, terrible organización… atenderse en el cesfam o incluso en el hospital es mucho más recíproca y de calidad la atención .. te tratan como si te estuvieran haciendo el favor de atenderte cuando pagas igual… deberían cambiar a todooo el personal de trabaja allí y dejar de ser convenios porque les encanta humillar a los pacientes. Aún así después de horas nunca me tomaron el examen y me llamaron únicamente a reclamar que porque no fui

Urgen clases de atención para las recepcionistas. Me tocó escuchar todas sus conversaciones privadas a viva voz, con garabatos incluidos y sin importar que estaba lleno de gente. Esto hace ver al centro médico como un lugar ordinario, vulgar desde que una entra.
