La peor experiencia dental que he tenido. Me realicé una endodoncia con la Dra. Irigoyen y, pocas semanas después, comencé con un dolor intenso que me obligó a acudir de urgencia a otro especialista. Tras evaluarme, me informó que la endodoncia estaba mal realizada y me entregó un certificado que lo acredita. Presenté un reclamo en la clínica y fui evaluado nuevamente por otro dentista de la misma institución, quien confirmó que el tratamiento no había quedado bien y que era necesario realizar más estudios para determinar el alcance del problema. Han pasado más de 20 días desde que ingresé el reclamo y más de un mes desde que comenzaron los dolores. La única respuesta que he recibido es que “están revisando mi caso”, sin ofrecer una solución concreta. Sigo con dolor, sin poder resolver mi problema dental y después de haber pagado un tratamiento costoso que no cumplió su objetivo. Lamentablemente, una vez realizado el cobro, el compromiso con el paciente parece desaparecer.

1.- no tiene estacionamientos para pacientes. La reseña dice 8 pero es falso 2.- fui por un rx de urgencia que estaría al dia siguiente( sábado para domingo) nunca fue . Solo pude ver la imagen el martes mas no el informe que fue imposible de bajar de la app. Tuve que ir una semana despues a retirarlo. 3.- la persona de informaciones estaba mas preocupado de "pelar" a los colegas que ver publico 4.- con una paciente quw estaba en toma de muestras coincidimos en la mala información proporcionada para algunos exámenes Unos dicen una cosa y otros otra.

Desde que entras la bulla es horrible, el espacio no es el indicado para la cantidad de gente, suenan ambas pantallas al mismo tiempo por lo cual es sumamente confuso ver a qué paciente llaman. Espere 45 minutos que me atendieran. Los baños no están limpios, sin embargo es económico.
