Cuidado a la hora de llevar a sus mascotas ahi. Mucha negligencia y la doctora lucero carece de conocimientos. Diagnosticaron de tiña a mi perro sin siquiera sacarle examenes y le dieron un tratamiento mortal . No quisieron responder

Contraté El traslado ($20.000) la cual fue en una jaula oscura, sin ventilación, dejando a mi perro muy estresado. Al llegar, hubo atraso pese a tener hora agendada. En la consulta con el doctor Carlos Ordoñez, el trato fue poco empático. Mi perro estaba con dolor y, al moverse (algo esperable), se negaba a hacer la ecografía en vez de dar soluciones. Además, la comunicación fue lenta y condescendiente, lo que solo aumentó la frustración. Finalmente, plantearon sedación con exámenes (hasta $325.000) y mucha incertidumbre, aunque al aceptar los exámenes se hicieron de inmediato (cuando el doctor decía todo lo contrario) Decidí retirarme. Muy mala experiencia, especialmente considerando que era un caso urgente.

Me ha tocado la parte linda de este lugar, atiendo hace años a mis dos perritas acá y siempre en un entorno de confianza, cuidados y profesionalismo. Súper buena atención, respuestas rápidas y certeras, y a lo que vamos... Siempre mis perritas se mejoran. Intervenciones de urgencia a veces. Desde mi experiencia son 5 ⭐

Nunca vayas allí!!!! ¡Gente mala y cara! Hicieron todo mal! malos doctores! Never ever go there! We are foreigners and they ripped us off big time and still did everything wrong! They charged ten time the price! Bad people and horrible doctors!
