Excelente atención. El día sábado acompañé a mi madre a hacerse una Resonancia Magnética y desde el minuto uno recibí un excelente recibimiento; Desde el mesón y el niño de resonancia. Super atentos todos con mi madre, que apesar de su claustrofobia, le preguntaron en todo momento si se sentía cómoda, le ofrecieron manta para el frío, música de fondo y le explicaron a detalle todo el proceso del examen. Estoy muy agradecida.

Mi cita estaba programada para las 09:20 y el médico llegó recién a las 09:45. Destaco la excelente atención del personal de la clínica, pero considero una falta de respeto hacia los pacientes que se exija puntualidad mientras no se cumple el mismo estándar desde la atención médica. El tiempo de los pacientes también tiene valor y agradecería que se tomaran medidas para evitar que esta situación se repita.

Atienden con mucho desfase, más de 40 minutos esperando. La atención y actitud de las secretarias es pésima, el especialista al que fui tampoco atendía bien, estaba acelerado, preguntaba las cosas molesto como queriendo terminar rápido. El lugar tiene mala ventilación y cero mantención de higiene en baños y pisos. Había edcuchado malas referencias y realmente no es recomendable
