Tuve mala experiencia, solicite una hora para una endoscopia, llegamos para el examen y después desperar 1 horan nos dicen que tenemos que esperar hasta mas tarde porque el medico se atraso y tiene que atender a 2 pacientes mas antes que a nosotros. un examen donde traigo a una persona de lejos enferma y en ayuna me parece una falta de respeto, mas para un servicio que se esta pagando.

Servicio lento, hay ruidos por todo el hospital, ruidos molestos de arreglos, etc. Suena el ascensor como si se fuera a desarmar y aparece con mantención hecha hace un mes (al parecer aquí se ahorra en todo), por lo tanto brinda una mala experiencia para los pacientes.

E ido varias veces a la clínica por diferentes motivos .. urgencia mías hasta el fallecimiento de mi mamá .. y siempre e podido corroborar que la atención es muy buena .. por eso cuando me sucede algo voy ahí no solo porque me queda cerca .. si no por lo profesionales y porque las dependencias de la clínica son las mejores!! Así que muy agradecida siempre!!!
