Obviamente mi calificación es en base a mi experiencia, trabajadoras terribles, debes casi rogar para que te atiendan ante consultas. Al menos uno que otro trabajador hombre se toma la molestia de tener un tiempo para resolver tus dudas. Cajeras pesadas y mal humoradas que te generan estrés al momento de pago, siempre tienen habilitada una caja y se genera una enorme fila. A simples palabras sonará despectivo pero es la realidad, lleno de flaites.

Mi experiencia como cliente fue muy decepcionante y me dejó reflexionando sobre cómo muchas mujeres son tratadas cuando deben realizar compras o reclamos relacionados con materiales de construcción. Compré 24 cajas de cerámica y, al abrirlas, encontré que 3 cajas contenían piezas quebradas. Cuando acudí a la tienda para solicitar una solución, inicialmente se me indicó que no era posible realizar el cambio porque la empresa no respondía por ese tipo de fallas. Durante la atención, el encargado del departamento de cerámicas, Heriberto, realizó comentarios que consideré inapropiados. Entre ellos, señaló que él era capaz de detectar cuando un pallet de cerámicas contenía piezas quebradas y cuestionó que yo, como clienta, no hubiera sido capaz de darme cuenta. Considerando que era la primera vez que compraba este tipo de producto, percibí estos comentarios como despectivos y basados en prejuicios respecto del conocimiento que una mujer puede tener sobre materiales de construcción. Además, mientras el trabajador Moisés Bravo intentaba ayudarme y explicar mi situación, observé comentarios y actitudes por parte de Heriberto que percibí como intimidantes hacia él por involucrarse en la
