Más que el precio del combustible que casi en todos lados es igual en coyhaique, me encanta su sistema de puntos y sus productos que traen de vez en cuando

Muy mala experiencia. En esta estación de servicio me rompieron la tapa de nafta de mi auto. En el momento, el empleado actuó como si nada hubiera pasado y tuve que insistir para que reconocieran lo ocurrido. Finalmente, me aseguraron que se iban a hacer cargo del arreglo, lo cual me dio tranquilidad y confianza en que iban a responder como corresponde. Lamentablemente, cuando llegó el momento de cumplir, dejaron de responder mis mensajes y desaparecieron por completo. Lo más grave no es solo el daño al vehículo, sino la falta de responsabilidad y de palabra. Prometer una solución y después ignorar al cliente genera una sensación de impotencia enorme. Ojalá mejoren su atención y, sobre todo, la forma en la que se hacen cargo de los errores. Porque hoy, la sensación que me queda es de total falta de seriedad.

Classic gas station but no baños and almost no parking spot. They have aire, drinkable water, a Pronto shop with ATM, payment by card, free Wi-Fi. Center of the city though.
