Buena atención. Muy bien los playeros. En las 2 oportunidades que cargue fue muy rápido el servicio. No siempre está abierto el Shop. Tiene para pagar con todos los medios.

MALO!!! Te estafan. Puse 20mil y no subió NADA, a los pocos días fuí a la otra shell de coyhaique, y cero problemas. No usar esta, ir a la copec o a la otra shell, pero esta es ir a botar plata

Excelente servicio. Pagué 10 lucas para que me echaran aire en vez de bencina. Si eres turista o andas de vacaciones en la ciudad, prefiere la Copec que está al lado. En esta Shell te estafan con el combustible y te hacen el cuento del tío. No te cargan el combustible (no me subió nada el estanque, NADA!). La boleta decía atendido por Gustavo.

Muy lentos, desordenados. No te hablan como debería ser en atención a público, aveces pasan a ser irrespetuosos. Hoy fui estaba de primera y la mujer no me atendió. Se fue para el otro lado y después atendió a un camión en un lado diferente. Ni por decirme, "sra espere, ya viene un colega" por último. Y eso que el lado donde yo estaba, se había ido un auto que ella atendió. Luego llega este otro señor y me golpea la parte donde se abre la puertita para meter la bencina, como su tocará una puerta común y corriente. Sin saludar ni nada, con cara y caminar de sueño me pregunta cuanto cargo. Al menos se despidió bien, pero teniendo experiencia en atención a público y como me gustaría que me atiendan para dejar y ver un local con buen olor y con ganas de volver, Shell de calle ogana da mucho que desear. Muy pocas veces he encontrado amabilidad y una buena atención en Shell. Siempre desordenado y con falta de personal. Una lastima 😔
