Very fresh food. Made to order. Delicious mixed ceviche (shrimp, salmon, octopus) with the choice of spice level. Average sized sushi rolls.

This place is excellent for what it is: delicious sushi at the end of the world. That said, don't expect a ton of diversity in your meal. This place squeezes the most out of 3 seafood ingredients local to the region - salmon, octopus, mini shrimp - and non-seafood like panko crusted chicken. But it does it very well, the basics are very fresh, and the staff were really delightful.
