WOW! Fogon Puesto Viejo was the best restaurant we visited in Coyhaique. Amazing meat, ceviche and the tastiest pisco sours in town. Service was fast, kind and wonderful. We loved it so much we went back a second time in our short stay.

I had the lamb (cordero asado) with grilled potatoes, salsa de ají, and a raspberry juice. The food was amazing. The service was great and the atmosphere is great as well. A definite recommend!

Very good service from the lady. Unfortunately the lomo de tira I ordered was extremely tough, it took 5 minutes to chew each piece, plus it was mostly bones and fat, in the end I just gave up and left half my meal. The following day I have a stomach upset. The atmosphere was very very noisy when I was here. Two separate groups arrived and were yelling and laughing, having a good time, but for other guests it was disrespectful.

Beautiful location close to the Simpson Valley. The food was very good and the Pisci Sour was excellent. The outdoor seating was breathtaking. Service was good.
