Durante nuestra visita, la trabajadora Mary mostró una actitud totalmente descortés y una pésima disposición, respondió de mala manera a nuestras consultas sobre la carta y demostró un total desinterés en brindarnos un servicio básico de respeto.Asistimos a su establecimiento para pasar un buen momento, pero esta situación arruinó nuestra visita. Escribo este mensaje para que estén al tanto de esta situación y tomen las medidas necesarias con el personal, ya que este trato daña la imagen del lugar.Como cliente, espero un servicio respetuoso y de calidad. Por eso, le pido que revise esta situación con la garzona Mary para que no vuelva a ocurrir con otras personas.
