Worst hotel ever!!! They paint walls while people are still staying at the hotel without any prior notice!! The window in the hotel room cannot be opened and there is no air exchange fan in the room. It is such a torture to stay here. Worst Hilton ever!! Never seen such a place so disrespect their customers!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. An employee named Kattya behaved in a very unprofessional manner — she was openly disrespectful, raised her voice, and provided inaccurate information. This created unnecessary stress and confusion during my stay. If this is due to a lack of proper training or insufficient English skills, it only highlights a serious issue in staff preparation. A hotel that values its reputation and guest experience should ensure its employees communicate respectfully and provide reliable information. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression.

I want to start by saying that the staff were extremely kind and the location was great. However, my most pressing complaint was unfortunately a crippling one. Both our first and second rooms that we checked into had unbearable smells that were similar to the sewer smells you would experience when walking past sewer grates in the city. The smell was immediately overwhelmingly present in our first room and we were unable to relax at all after a long overnight flight. It took three attempts to communicate with front desk over 5 hours to get switched to a new room. And then the next day, our second room began to smell even worse. When we approached the front desk about the issue (alongside other hotel guests having the same issue) we were told that they “couldn’t smell anything”. We eventually resolved to just buy a scented humidifier and room spray at a local store to attempt to mask the scent, which only partially worked. As someone who works at a Hilton hotel, this is the worst room smell I have ever smelled and I was not happy with how the situation was dealt with by hotel staff. It didn’t help that all the communication had to be done in a language we aren’t fluent in (which is n
