A lovely old hotel within the historic area. Architecture in this neighborhood is really good. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are better than a regular modern hotel, and breakfast also of better quality than a b&b at a regular modern hotel. I would love to stay here again.

I recently stayed at Casa Conde Boutique Hotel for nine nights, and the experience exceeded my expectations. This is a charming boutique property with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owners are exceptionally gracious, and I would like to extend special thanks to Sebastian, who was fantastic to speak with and consistently went out of his way to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel’s location is ideal, conveniently situated near key areas of Santiago and within close proximity to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. Each morning, the team went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with breakfast, demonstrating a genuine commitment to guest experience. The rooms were very comfortable, and the inclusion of air conditioning made a noticeable difference during my stay. A unique highlight was meeting Romeo, the hotel’s resident dog, who keeps watch over the street. He quickly became a familiar and welcome presence, and I already miss him. Overall, this is a well-run, thoughtfully managed boutique hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Santiago.

We just had a great stay at the Hotel Boutique Casa Conde. The hotel is full of character and charm… right down to the creaky floors. Our room was simple, clean and well maintained. The proprietors retired couple Alfredo and Patricia were wonderful hosts, so warm and friendly. We also met their daughter and super cute grandson. Whenever I travel I always try to stay at a local hotel that reflects the local country and culture, this one is a gem. The building itself is quite old (which is part of the charm) so there is no elevator but there is always help getting your suitcases up and down the stairs. I loved this place and would return in a heartbeat.
