As someone who loves both travelling and coffee, I couldn’t miss a visit to Holaste! Specialty Coffee, especially knowing it ranks as Number 21 on The World’s 100 Best Coffee Shops. The interior is warm and cosy, with wooden décor that gives it a welcoming, intimate feel. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent. Everything was spotless. I went early on a Sunday morning for breakfast on my last day in Puerto Natales. It was quiet at first but filled up quickly. I ordered the yogurt bowl and a hand‑brewed filter coffee. They recommend having it without milk, and I agree—you can really taste the purity and authenticity of the coffee. It was perfect. I chose the Chiroso Bourbon, Washed, Colombia beans. The yogurt bowl was fresh, beautifully presented, and very generous. I’m a tiny eater, so I couldn’t finish it, but every mouthful was a delight and paired wonderfully with the coffee. It’s not cheap, but absolutely worth a stop.

I only found out when I arrived that today was their last day of business for a while, so they had run out of coffee beans and tiramisu toast, which was a bit of a pity. The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the coffee was quite smooth—though I had a latte instead of a pour-over.

Our favorite place in Puerto Natales! We came twice. If you’re looking for fantastic coffee and breakfast this is the place. We had Marco both times as a server and he was very friendly. Highly recommend this on your stay.

Really great coffee, good food and friendly service. The only area for improvement is probably the waiting area / system which can be a bit busy and even saw someone sneaking in to get themself a table outside bypassing the list! However, once seated it’s a great experience and the cookies are also amazing. I came back three times and even bought some coffee beans to take home!

Delicious coffee, wonderful service and great vibe. Returned twice for brunch and a third time for coffees only. Sometimes had a long line, likely after flights landed. Favourite was the vegan toast which had one piece with hummus and mushrooms and another with avocado and roasted tomatoes. Tiramisu toast was a lovely sweet option. Bread was delicious. Would absolutely recommend coming even if there is a line. Worth the wait.
