The drinks and food were disappointing. I ordered a hot chocolate, and it arrived barely warm. The cinnamon roll was very dry. The most disappointing item was the matcha latte — it was basically just milk with a light sprinkle of matcha on top, with almost no flavor. I mentioned it to the waitress, but unfortunately nothing was done about it. I couldn’t even finish the matcha, and I still had to pay for it. It’s disappointing to pay for items you can’t even enjoy. I hope they improve the quality and take customer feedback more seriously.

Quick stop was hoping for a bigger quantity as we’re both very hungry the bread was very thin, we prefer the thicker cuts and the turmeric hummus caught us off guard. Good place for a snack though however pricier than what we wanted for the quantity

Good coffee and hot chocolate served in an edible cup! They had delicious pastries too. We tried a few things and it was all a delight. Also, beautifully decorated and staff were very kind.

Excellent coffee. One or two gluten free cake/cookie options. I had a gluten free chocolate cookie, it was great.

Great coffee place in Puerto Natales. + the flat white was very good + they offer alternative milk (oat) + I tried the dulce de leche cookie and it was quite good. Nice texture and not extremely sweet
