I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with La Casa Temuco, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. While the staff initially appeared friendly and accommodating, my stay on 04/03/2026 was ruined by excessive noise from other guests. The walls are incredibly thin, and despite contacting reception at 3:31am, the issue was never properly resolved. Although the receptionist did try to intervene, the noise continued, and I ended up getting almost no sleep. As a result, I was completely exhausted the next day, which staff could clearly see. Following this, I was contacted by Marisel Manriquez from the quality department, who apologised and offered a courtesy for a future stay. However, as I was leaving Chile within a few days, this was not useful to me. I therefore requested a full refund due to the poor experience and lack of sleep. From that point on, the situation only got worse. When I called on 05/03/2026, someone answered and immediately hung up without saying anything. I then followed up multiple times via WhatsApp on 10/03, 14/03, and 17/03, but only received repeated automated responses saying my case would be handled “sho

This is very much a hotel with a full kitchen to use. Good prices and good people. I always enjoy working in the morning (and they've allowed me to check out at 12pm.) Thanks!

No got water for a shower, payment by tarjeta not accepted (bank transfer information insufficientto work) & my daughter had to wait till I went out in the dark & returned with cash, very small room & charged more than online rate. Unhelpful staff gave poor directions to bank. Worst place we have stayed in Chile so far.
